Global Aid Network (GAiN) exists to demonstrate the love of God through word and deed to hurting and needy people around the world through relief and development projects. More than just another relief organisation, GAiN innovatively links individuals and groups worldwide, for quick and effective responses. GAiN strives to eliminate duplication of services among aid organisations by cooperating with like-minded agencies. GAiN is able to provide immediate, practical relief to afflicted and displaced people around the world. It does this by forming alliances with relief agencies, government, private companies, individuals and other global decision-makers.

War, famine, disease, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes. Everyday such disasters destroy the lives of thousands and disrupt the lives of millions of people, leaving us wondering how we can help. Just one phone call, e-mail or fax can moblise a powerful netowrk - a global alliance with access to almost unlimited resources.

GAiN is willing to go wherever it is needed and do whatever it takes to bring relief and hope to the suffering. Countries involved so far include North Korea (Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea), Iraq, Afghanistan, Thailand, India, Turkey and Palestine. In Thaland in the past three years, Australia has planted micro enterprises such as a weaving station with hand-looms and a floating fish farm on a river.
